POSITION SUMMARY:

Pepper’s Self Perform Group consists of a separate group of project management, field superintendents and tradespeople that perform trade specific construction in the areas of demolition, structural excavation, concrete, wood and metal framing, finish carpentry, architectural millwork, doors and hardware, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.

The SPG Drywall Project Manager will be responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Electrical Superintendent provides input and technical expertise for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects. Support of Engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation (if necessary).
