Position Description:

This position constructs and repairs building frameworks as well as structures. Stairways, doorframes, partitions, rafters, cabinetry, siding, and drywall are a few examples of the types of onsite tasks this position is responsible for completing. Essential Duties:

• Assist with the assembly and removal of concrete forms used for concrete installation.

• Assist with building and installing window‐frames, doors, doorframes, staircases, stairways, partitions, millwork, trim, siding, drywall, and overall building frames.

• Ensure that the layout of flooring, roofing, and drywall is leveled and compatible.

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp project requirements.

• Measure and calculate the size and amount of material needed. This includes cutting, shaping, and smoothing wood or other required materials according to requested measurements. Assist with handling, transporting, and setting door frames.

• Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Electrical Superintendent provides input and technical expertise for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects. Support of Engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation (if necessary). This position will ensure the Superintendents and General Superintendents are trained and adhering to company standards and consistent project delivery. This position will conduct workshops, practical on-site training, and classroom sessions on construction processes, safety regulations, leadership, and project management for the site . • Quality Product: The FOM will establish work methods and practices that produce a quality outcome the first time. Rework occurring will be considered a responsibility the FOM carries to ensure a root cause is found in these instances and training is provided to eliminate and ensure quality defects do not occur. We will honor our quality standards, engineering standards and quality methods that produce the product we promised. This role will focus on ensuring that the Superintendents and General Superintendents have a strong understanding of the companies quality program and are able to implement the program effectively on their projects.
• On time Execution: The FOM will establish our standards and methods in a manner that ensure an on-time delivery of the plant and communicate and train the Superintendents and General Superintendents on these standards, while helping them be effectively implemented.
• Fiscal Responsibility: The FOM will establish our construction field methods that will ensure a predictable fiscal outcome for each project. Q3C is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the Electric operations. This position will foster current business relationships and seek new growth opportunities within the area. The ideal candidate will have previous lineman experience to manage and train team members.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages project operations throughout the Colorado, suggests, directs, or initiates operational changes and adjustments as required to meet business goals.
• Conducts regular, on-going staff meetings with managers to create an environment of open and effective communications across operational area.
• Monitors and manages the “quality” process within all areas of responsibility, assuring that every aspect of our workforce, our processes and standards, our equipment, and our services meet or exceed customer expectations and are always consistent with the quality goals of the company.
• Monitors and manages overall project profitability within areas of responsibility, taking corrective action where necessary to assure that the business performs consistent with expectations.
• Establishes and maintains frequent, on-going contact with current customers and vendors to foster improved communications and solid, long-term relationships.
• Monitors to ensure that resources are shared across operational area to optimize our effectiveness in meeting customer expectations while prudently managing resources.
• Assists the Vice President with the evaluation of capital expenditures and job costs and shares ideas regarding areas of savings and efficiencies.
• Assists the Division Estimator with the bidding process on new projects.
• Responsible for the development and improvement of company personnel and for fostering an environment that rewards mentoring and encourages employee cooperation.
• Communicate with the Traffic & Restoration division Managers for resource sharing along with joint responsibilities for customer job completions.
• Communicate and cooperate with all internal divisions such as Contract Administration, Human Resources and Safety and Training and Operations of job details and requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.

A successful candidate with meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in large scale projects or bid work to include: Project scope, schedule adherence, project milestones and adherence, change orders/scope change
• Experienced at reading, interpreting, and managing financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows based software with skills to include the ability to create, analyze and make recommendations for financial and operational changes on an on-going basis to Vice President.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually (Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.)
