A Craft Lead is the senior craft person responsible for performing work. This position is responsible for performing and directing the work of a single crew.

Responsibilities:

Project Overview:

Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and manager for our wireless service providers, partnering with our IT Asset Program Manager to manage the lifecycle of our fleet of mobile hardware.

This is not primarily a procurement role; it is a leadership position with operational responsibilities. You will ensure our workforce stays connected via user devices (iPhones, iPads) and maintain critical field connectivity through network edge devices (Cradlepoints, Starlinks).

Position Summary:The Preconstruction Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of preconstruction services that set the foundation for project execution. This position partners closely with all Hoffman departments, including but not limited to execution teams, scheduling, estimating, and procurement. You will act as the Project Manager or collaborate with dedicated project managers when assigned. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to align design, schedule, and cost objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience in the design and construction workflow and interface.
• Experienced in coordinating and understanding multiple design scopes (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, etc).
