The Role
The Construction Foreman ensures the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures. The Construction Foreman will resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably. Will report project status to various stake holders as applicable.

Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans; Allocate general and daily responsibilities; Supervise workers and tradespeople; Ensure manpower and resources are adequate; Supervise the use of machinery and equipment; Coordinate and resolve problems with Project Manager when they arise; Report on progress to managers; Maintain cleanliness and prepare job site: trash, rubble, waste and degree removal, vacuum sweep, wipe down and mop; Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all personnel at the job sites; Assist with daily safety inspections of jobsite and personnel to ensure all working conditions and work habits are following company, contract, client, and government standards; Recognize hazards or problems and apply established rules to resolve them
- Scheduling: Monitor schedules and attendance of team
- Safety: Ensure compliance with Centennialâs Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)
- Responsible for driving between project sites that are often miles apart or miles from the assigned office location.

The Corporate IT Accountant will play a key role in managing, organizing, and improving the financial processes that support the companyâs IT operations. What you will be doing
Intercompany Billings and Allocations:
- Manage and process intercompany billings for IT services and expenses, including transactions to and from the parent entity and affiliated companies.

Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team to provide rigging/heavy haul engineering support to a large project. You will review and approve transport studies, determine equipment requirements, develop strategies for project management, assign work tasks, and monitor progress. Your team will ensure the project has the rigging resources available with the proper qualifications to support the planned work scopes. #LI-TH1
Major Responsibilities:
- Compiling 30-60-90-day look-aheads for crane and rigging activities to drive proactive planning.
- Ensuring alignment to construction schedules, methods, and confirming that materials, equipment, and resources are ready.
- Reviewing critical lift plans to identify rigging needs and ensure rigging gear is ordered, on-site, and ready for use.
- Coordinating with area managers to confirm foundations, shim packs, anchor bolts, and survey teams are in place for equipment setting.
- Verifying engineered earthworks for crane pads are completed according to spec and ready for use.
- Compiling and distributing daily crane scheduling updates to ensure the management team stays informed.

- Identifying SPMT sets vs. crane sets, mapping transport paths, recognizing clashes in travel routes, and mitigating them through coordination and rerouting efforts.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Project Overview:
Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Gas Foreman leads the crew to complete daily tasks related to the installation and repair of natural gas pipelines and/or joint trench utilities for power and telephone in a safe and correct manner. The position oversees ensuring crew safety and productivity, installing and pressure testing both mainline and service line gas pipe, as well as completing routine safety inspections and documentation. This position oversees the Line team and works with customers, senior management, and personnel from other departments.
- Oversee and coordinate crew work to install natural gas pipelines via open-cut or directional drill methods.
- Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and materials for each job.
- Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness.
- Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to digging and placing product.
- Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call-in utilities located at each project site.
- Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade.
- Track employee hours and submit for payroll on a timely basis.
- Call in utilities located at each project site.
- Inspect existing utilities are properly identified and exposed, to ensure piping is correctly installed and fused, job meets customer specifications, and it meets company quality standards.
- Drive, haul, and/or operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completion of work.
- Keep the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of job.
- Communicate with customers and inspectors.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum
- A High School Degree, or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with gas pipeline construction or maintenance, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Be proficiency in fusing, tapping, pressure testing, and purging
- Must have a CDL Class A license, or obtain one within 30 days of hire date
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Must have knowledge of gas, and how to safely work with it
- Knowledge of customer’s specifications, being able to read and interpret prints
- Be proficiency in all phases of the line in construction
- Must follow proper safety standards, procedures, and work practices according to MasTec and/or project customer, whichever standard is higher at all times
- Ability to talk with customers’ inspectors and have a sense of customer service
- Must have experience in operating heavy equipment and general construction
- Ability to visually inspect fusion or welded joints, spot utilities, and locate marks on the ground by color
- Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships
- Precise hand-eye coordination
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Ability to work outdoors, even in extreme weather conditions.

Previous experience with Atmos Gas is preferred.

This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, working in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is physically active, with lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. Precise hand-eye coordination. Ability to identify and distinguish colors.

Responsibilities
As an Heavy Equipment Operator, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

- Operate heavy construction equipment, including: backhoes, mini excavators, cable plows, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery
- Ensure maintenance of these as required.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
- Read and understand utility locates and above ground utility indicators to ensure the safety of the crew and a high level of productivity
- Work alongside the crew to spot dig and assist with other project requirements as needed
Qualifications

- You have current CPR and or OSHA Certifications (preferred)
