This position provides oversight for all contract management activities on mega projects or key, strategic projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Staffing and Equipment
· Enforce strict discipline on the jobsite with respect to safety and workplace practices as defined in Phoenix policies and project requirements.
· Prepare and submit time records & productivity reports to onsite management
· Thoroughly plan construction tasks delegated to you crew. Select tools, equipment, and material required to best execute the work. Ensure these are requested from onsite management with adequate time to procure without negatively affecting work. Also ensure these items are in a condition that will allow for a safe & productive work environment.
Project Execution
· Plan your work. When presented with a work scope, estimate hours involved/crew size, materials needed, and required equipment/tools.
· Direct you crew. Coordinate, direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities. Assign work to employees, using material and worker requirements data.
· Supervise the work. Consistently supervise work being performed. GF should spend 90% of their day in the field. It is the GF’s responsibility to ensure the work is
being completed in a fashion that meets the schedule, safety, and quality that is required.
· Communicate. Communicate & plan with the other project staff to ensure personnel, equipment, and tools are being used effectively.
· Perform work. GF’s will regularly need to perform aspects of the work scope. Examples include: Performing critical tasks, teaching, & working with smaller crews.
Safety
· Hold valid first aid and supervisor training certificates.
· Participate in completing & review SWPs for assigned projects.
· Conduct and record regular safety inspections on assigned projects.
· Promptly and accurately complete investigations and reports on all near misses and all personal injury or property damage accidents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or GED and 5 years experience in construction field work or construction trade training and 5 years experience in construction field work.
LANGUAGE, MATH AND COMPUTER SKILLS

· Ability to effectively communicate in client meetings and crew meetings.

The Systems Administrator is highly knowledgeable within designated Industrial Control System (ICS) Information Technology (IT) area of responsibility and applies that knowledge toward broad and diverse assignments. This role will install, maintain, audit, and support a stand-alone Microsoft Windows network environment using a VMware backend infrastructure. Analyze and test new software and software version upgrades in test environments before deploying to production. Administer SCAP scans and provide results/reports during weekly vulnerability meetings. Implement and verify cybersecurity compliance using automated tools to ensure benchmarks are met and manage virtual workstations and servers using VMWare. The Systems Administrator analyzes, evaluates, and proposes recommendations on innovative solutions. This role will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of ICS IT systems.
⢠Installing, configuring, securing, managing, and monitoring VMware vSphere ESXi clusters in multiple data centers
⢠Ensure the stable operation of the standalone computer network, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links with the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) application system, Wunderlich, Lutron, and Cimplicity software applications within the ICS network.
⢠Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required
⢠Manage all network hardware and equipment; security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems and hardware and software upgrades
⢠Contribute to the development and deployment of program information security for assigned systems to meet the program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
⢠Implement Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, product development and product maintenance for assigned system
⢠Facilitate development of security policies and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON)
⢠Manage all personal computer (PC) recapitalization efforts to include coordinating with various internal and external service providers; communicate activities and financial impacts; ensure accurate and auditable information is available by maintaining asset database and performing inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets to include software licensing
