Project Overview:

The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S. Our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery next year. Job Summary:

The Area Superintendent (Siteworks) is responsible for supervising and directing craft operations within assigned disciplines or areas. They will supervise and direct Craft activities, subordinate superintendents and others, as assigned. They will ensure assigned construction operations and subcontractors performance is in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budget. They will perform general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions. #LI-SP1

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various discipline Superintendents, General Foreman, and Foreman to determine equipment requirements
• Schedule work to be performed, supervise in-process activities, and review work when accomplished.
• Supervise and direct subordinate personnel and craft within various disciplines
• Prepare craft requisitions and forecasts, job manpower forecasts and expenditure forecast.
• Develop and work plans and activities
• Implement procedures to ensure construction operations are continuously adhering to engineering designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules and budget
• Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned discipline operations
• Coordinate field activities with other disciplines

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in field supervision on direct hire work. Demonstrated knowledge of construction engineering practices related to all disciplines.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling, procurement, and contracting experience.

Position Description:

The Area Superintendent (AS) is responsible for supervision of a specific area of the project. The AS is responsible for establishing and achieving the project goals related to all areas of field management including schedule, budget, safety, quality, and the development of personnel. Position Qualifications:

• A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and the AutoDesk Suite.
• Experienced in construction layout, blueprint reading and shop drawing reading.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate, supervise and mentor the company work force in their area.
• Coordinate field construction work through organization and proper planning, and by having a collaborative relationship with trade partners. Participate in weekly schedule and management meetings with trade partners.
• Promote and enforce the site-specific safety plan and sound safety principles within their area of work. Create AHAs/STAs with foremen for all self-performed work. Review AHAs for trade partners.
• Participate in project scheduling and maintain the portion of the four-week schedule for their area to ensure the project is completed on time.
• Keep accurate cost and production records.
• Participate in the development of material handling and site utilization plans for their specific area. Coordinate with project engineers and office engineers on material needs, RFIs, etc. Ensure that material received is properly inspected for quantity and quality, and that the receiving tickets are properly signed and coded and given to the jobsite administrator.
• Take responsibility for all quality control on the project and establish high-level standards both for the company and trade partners.
• Coordinate the punch list process to ensure owner acceptance at project turnover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the owner, architect, engineer and trade partners to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service is delivered.
• Participate in the project coordination meetings to maintain pre-planning engagement and scheduling in the coordination activities. Assist the BIM and VDC engineers in driving issue resolution to keep the submittal process on schedule.

The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. Focused on fast-paced, MEP-intensive projects, the group is recognized for delivering complex solutions while offering significant opportunities for career advancement within the thriving mission-critical construction industry.

The Digital Engineering Group promotes a holistic approach to design and construction model-based services and technologies. The group defines the company strategy around the use of BIMs, data integration across models and departments, and cultural change across project teams to realize significant risk reduction on construction cost and schedule.

This BIM/VDC Manager is responsible for managing Digital Engineering, Virtual Design & Construction, and Plan + Control for Suffolk’s Mission Critical business and brings together BIM, reality capture, and field technology to transform the way we plan, build and deliver Mission Critical projects. The role works closely with project teams to implement BIM in the field, perform QA/QC verification, and capture site conditions using advanced tools like laser scanning, photogrammetry, robotic total stations and drones. Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of Digital Engineering, Virtual Design & Construction, and Plan + Control on multiple large and complex projects simultaneously. Drive the coordination process hard, while understanding competing interests, creating a balanced outcome for all stakeholders.
• Responsible for executing BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering strategies on Suffolk projects, including external stakeholder adherence to these plans.

• Develop 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, & 7D models to support pursuits, preconstruction, construction, and handover phases.

• Laser Scanning & Registration - perform field-based capture of 3D spatial point cloud data using laser scanners for use in existing conditions BIM development and the construction QA/QC.
• Manage point cloud data, align scans to BIM models, and generate reports for quality assurance.
• Operate robotic total stations for layout, verification, and as-built documentation.
• Photogrammetry - perform field-based drone photography and 3D photogrammetry data capture. Requires successful passing of the FAA Part 107 UAS Operator Exam.
• Support the Construction Technology Pilot process at a project level.
• Ensure successful project team experiences with all approved 3rd party vendors at a project level.
• Collect, track, and report project data and KPIs; execute processes for continual improvement at a project level.
• Provide training and support of software and tools to project teams.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Business Development (BD) Operations & Customer Centricity Lead serves as a strategic enabler for the BD Committee, guiding Global Business Units (GBUs) in achieving functional excellence and embedding a customer-centric culture across Bechtel. This role ensures BD processes, training, and initiatives are consistently applied enterprise-wide while driving continuous improvement and measurable impact on customer engagement.

Major Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison to the BD Committee, ensuring governance, alignment, and timely reporting.
