Job Summary
The Civil Construction Foreman leads the crew to complete daily tasks related to the construction and maintenance of underground non-energized power lines, from plant/station to meter base, auxiliary facilities, and equipment for the distribution of electricity. They read blueprints of projects and are responsible for production. This position oversees the Line team, ensures crew safety, and collaborates with personnel from other departments.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will work within the Operations Department and will report to the Project Director. This role will oversee all phases of construction, including preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and turnover. The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between Hoffman, client, design consultants, and trade partners, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, Texas and will require both in-office and on project site activities.

Responsible for the technical accuracy and allignment of multiple projects in support of the BCOI Welding program. Perform interpretation of construction codes, standards and engineering specifications in order to develop and write corporate welding procedures and standards. Perform / Coordinate reviews of subcontractor/vendor welding & NDE submittals to ensure compliance to construction codes and specifications. Provide technical direction and support to project assigned Lead Field Welding Engineers regarding welding & NDE related issues. Bechtel is hiring top talent to join the expanding Renewables & Clean Power business to deliver the latest in a near decade long program of natural gas fired combined cycle projects for our long-term customer, Advanced Power. This project is a nominal 640MW single unit (with the option for a second unit on the same site) that will provide electrical power to the regional grid. Bechtel is currently supporting our customer to define the scope and design basis for the project which will utilize the latest gas turbine technology from GE Vernova to deliver reliable and responsive electric power generation. The project will be in Sullivan County, Indiana. The project team will kick-off in Reston, Virginia on six-month short-term assignment conditions with the intent of mobilizing to the Indiana project site for long-term assignments lasting three to five years depending on the role. The Design and Construction Coordination Support/Document Control team member coordinates activities between the Program Delivery Services (PDS) Civil Infrastructure Engineering (CIE) team and the Construction Packagesâ Project Construction Manager (PCM)/other sections/consultants/stakeholders. The role coordinates the review of Request for Information (RFI), Non-conformance Reports (NCR), Quality Milestone Data Pack (QMDP), Bridge Quality Assessment Reports and Design Variance Request (DVR) reviews with HSR CIE and PCM design and construction management and is the point of contact for CIE Section at the PCM offices. They attend all meetings related to the construction packages and lead submittal review meetings.
They ensure all documentation related to the submittal reviews is adequately archived. Ensures that the program has an organized and systematic project document control. Works closely with CIE staff, Rail Engineering and Construction Services on the Program for any related needs.

Job Summary: The Low Voltage Electrical Field Superintendent will work within the Construction department and will report to the Electrical Project Superintendent and Electrical Construction Manager. They will work closely with other Superintendents and subcontractors. The Low Voltage Electrical Field Superintendent will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring supervision of the low voltage electrical project team, scheduling, quality, submitting RFIâs, providing a safe work environment, and overseeing the QA/QC programs. The Low Voltage Electrical Field Superintendent will supervise multiple electrical subcontractors performing extensive fast-tracked scope on multiple large hi-tech buildings. This position will be fully at the project site.
