RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with employee benefit programs, including communication, enrollments, changes, and terminations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Participates in developing and executing department goals. Makes suggestions as to new processes that could help improve the department and handles any assigned projects that arise from these suggestions as new goals.
Complete various internal HR Audits as required, which may include Form I-9 reviews, to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Reviews personnel actions submit for minimum wage requirements and proper completion of I9, E-Verify, Federal W-4, and State tax forms (when applicable).
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resources, or 3-5 years of Human Resources work experience
1-3 yearsâ Workday experience preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and mange demands In a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Solid knowledge of HR principles and current federal and state labor laws.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High Level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Hourly Rate: $28/HR - $42/HR
