Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide project field engineering specialization and expertise with work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and subcontract coordination. Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical knowledge of construction surveying, piping, hydrotesting, and welding.
- Experience with the piping discipline such as PCCP, HDPE, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy piping. Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H).
- Demonstrated commitment to a Zero Accident safety program. Must be computer-literate in word processing, spreadsheet and Bechtel database applications.
- Must be familiar with current industry quality standards. Basic ability to utilize the TeamWorks automation suite as the Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs).
- Knowledge of Project Technical Requests (PTR) for routing and resolving Requests for Information (RFIs), Field Change Documents (FCDs), and Non Conformance/Compliance Reports (NCRs) between project sites, contractors, clients, and home office.

Additional Information: Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). The Project Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines supporting an electrical project. They will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

The majority of the time you will work on construction job sites. - Assist the project manager and superintendents as follows:

The Role
The Project Manager manages all facets of a construction program, including development, coordination, and implementation of a program schedule to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and ensure or surpass expected quality. The Project Manager must serve as a leader of the construction program, liaising between team members and clients, on all matters. The value of projects will vary based on contract type and overall complexity but in general the position will oversee projects ranging from $2,000 to $1,000,000.
Qualifications:
4+ yearsâ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
Previous experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously
Experience with civil/site work, site utilities, and structures is a plus

Safety: Ensures compliance with Centennialâs Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)
Responsible for driving between project sites that are often miles apart or miles from the assigned office location.
