The Project Engineer, Scheduling will be involved in scheduling efforts on multiple high impact commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices
Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction
Monitor multiple project schedules being developed and updated by Operations staff and provide guidance as necessary
Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives
Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required
Utilize analytics to identify and report on project trends
Effectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project
Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan
Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule
Prepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practicesby commonly accepted standards
Travel to project sites
Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University
Critique, create, and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures
Be responsible for special projects and other departmental duties as necessary
Basic Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
2+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects

The Physical Side of the Role: This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. Youâll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Job Summary:
The Office Administrator supports daily business operations by managing administrative, payroll, accounting, and documentation processes. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of invoices and payroll, and effective coordination between internal teams to maintain efficient office and customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain visibility of tasks within the system and update statuses regularly.
Assist with obtaining PCard reconciliations.
Request vendor setups when required.
Acquire daily timesheets and transition them to weekly timesheets as needed.
Verify payroll information, including trade code, union affiliation, and apprentice status where applicable.
Perform payroll submission and distribution duties.
File timesheet backup documentation according to established timekeeping procedures.
Confirm accurate and thorough completion of all activities related to servicing customers from contract creation through billing.
Collaborate with contracts, management, and billing staff to ensure orders flow properly and assist with delayed or missing items.
Generate Purchase Order numbers for material requests from the Branch.
Source and procure required job materials from approved vendors, ensuring the best value through competitive pricing and cost-effective purchasing practices.
Document and file records according to BrandSafway standards.
Maintain reports and forms necessary for the position.
Prepare for audits through note-taking, accurate documentation, and proper record retention.
Perform other organizational and clerical support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of relevant experience preferred; accounting experience is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude.
Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
