Foreman
The purpose of this job is to provide supervision and coordination of workers (both skilled and unskilled) engaged in various types of construction projects, such as highway structures, clearing right-of-way, pile driving, preparing subgrade, laying road surface, installing curb, installing underground utilities, traffic control, concrete paving of streets and related lime and dirt work, etc. The goals of this position include scheduling work to meet timetables in a safe manner, per the plans and specifications, and to meet estimated cost. This position may be required to maintain a good working relationship with inspectors, developers, vendors, subcontractors, etc. Other duties may be assigned.

ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Journeyman Carpenter for upcoming work at our maintenance site, HF Sinclair Parco, located in Sinclair, WY.Responsibilities:
Must be able to read blueprints, sketches, or building plans.
Must have all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions (see below).
Must be able to meet all physical requirements.
Must have Carpentry experience and experience working on an industrial construction project.
Must be able and willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
Must have all required tools.
Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Must have 4+ years working as a carpenter or carpenter helper on an industrial construction project.
Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.
Must be able to compute basic arithmetic functions, measure, mark, and cut equipment and materials to specification.
Must be able to work a full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed.
Must be willing to assist other crafts and perform additional job duties while not performing primary craft duties.
Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.

Physical Requirements
Employees will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
Will talk and hear to communicate.
Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.
May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.

Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production according to the project timeline, plans, specifications, codes and industry standards and provide the necessary training on proper safety and operational procedures. Work with or supervise other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.

⢠Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
