Operations Manager
Bilfinger Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager at our Broussard, LA site location. We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Manager position, which will be responsible for planning and managing Operational Excellence initiatives, mechanical maintenance, fabric maintenance, NDT operations and small to large cap industrial construction projects. Responsibilities:
· Accountable for ensuring work tasks and site operations are performed safely and in accordancewith company safety and health policies.

· Will report project progress and cost status to management on a frequent basis.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience and/or knowledge in industrial mechanical maintenance, fabrication, NDT, fabric maintenance I&E, and construction with not lessthan 5 yearsâ experience in Management.
· Strong working knowledge of project controls, Quality and Operational Excellence methods including cost reporting, changemanagement, manpower tracking, earned value tracking and the utilization of project schedulingmethods, tracking and measuring KPIâs.
· Direct experience in the oversight of site project management and subcontractors with an
awareness of budgetary constraints.
· Must be a motivated self started with an urgency to meet deadlines.
· Working knowledge of mechanical construction codes and standards including ASME, DOT, API,
OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures is required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Project.
· A bachelorâs degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
The Piping Superintendent is responsible for supervising and directing operations within the piping discipline. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Job Summary
The QC Lead is independent of construction personnel. The QC Lead advises and supports Project Manager and the Project team in the implementation of the Construction Quality Management Program and resolution of construction relevant quality issues. He /She shall act to ensure compliance with the project standards and specify requirements for all disciplines.The QC Lead aligns through the Quality organization and is allocated to the Project Manager during his/her assignment on the project. The QC Lead reports to the Quality Manager.
