What you will be doing

- Works with construction crews and engineering leaders to plan field layout on the project site, ensuring appropriate utility and commercial lines are marked before production begins. Initiates and manages any permits needed before work can begin.
- Assists the development of design drawings and provides technical input, as needed.
- Coordinates subcontractor work methods, schedule and crews as needed.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
- 1+ year experience preferred.
- Construction engineering experience or knowledge required.
- Beginner knowledge of construction equipment & techniques, drawing & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the project.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.

The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, coordination, and delivery of medium voltage (MV) electrical systems for data center construction projects. This role ensures that all MV infrastructureâsuch as substations, switchgear, transformers, and distribution systemsâis installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and industry standards. What You'll Do

Be on hand at job sites as new jobs get underway so that construction crews have clear direction.

Assess bid opportunities for âupsellâ potential for the full range of BrandSafway access products â Quikdeck, HAKI, mast climbers, construction elevators, sidewalk protection, trash chutes, loading docks, shoring, etc.
Report activity weekly to the regional and branch sales managers.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in scaffold and work access sales, particularly contracts involving labor.
Prior experience cost estimating scaffold and work access projects.
Prior experience with Salesforce in a construction configuration.
Prior construction industry experience.
An engineering, drafting, or construction estimating background.
Intermediate or better capability with Microsoft Excel.
Direct hands-on experience as a scaffold builder or foreman.

Painter
Must be able to prepare wood and metal surfaces for painting, and paint equipment, parts, machinery, buildings, and other working areas using a spray gun, brush, and rollers. Other duties may be assigned.

Job Description
This position performs Project Control activities and/or supervises the preparation of Project Controls activities for a project or assignment. ⢠Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
⢠Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Procurement of construction materials
Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
Coordination of subcontractors
Survey and project layout
Weekly pictures for progress reports
Manage construction equipment
Safety management
Project estimating
Inspect project site(s)
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience
Bachelorâs degree preferred
Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
