Role Summary
The Technical Product Manager, Functional AI will lead the definition and delivery of AI solutions that transform Suffolkâs core business functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and others. This role bridges functional expertise and technical executionâpartnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, shaping requirements into scalable AI solutions, and ensuring adoption that delivers measurable value. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineers, and data teams to design, pilot, and scale solutions, while maintaining clear visibility into ROI and impact for leadership. Product Management & Business Partnership
Lead discovery and scoping sessions with business stakeholders across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Build strong relationships with functional leaders to understand workflows, pain points, and success measures.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements that guide design, engineering, and vendor evaluation.
Drive user experience design by ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with employee needs.
Prepare clear documentation of requirements, workflows, and decision rationale to support transparent delivery.
Lead Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
AI Solution Design & Delivery Support
Partner with engineers to shape solution approaches, balancing build/buy/partner considerations.
Contribute to solution architecture discussions, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with Suffolk standards.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to validate functionality against requirements, proactively evaluate feature effectiveness and accuracy, and resolve scope or design ambiguities to ensure product quality and alignment with user needs.
Support testing, pilot deployment, and adoption efforts, incorporating user feedback into iterative improvements.
Document and communicate lessons learned, value metrics, and impact stories to demonstrate business outcomes.
Value & Impact Measurement
Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for each AI initiative in partnership with business stakeholders.
Work closely with the Data Analytics team to design and maintain value tracking reports and dashboards.
Monitor adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Present value realization updates to leadership, ensuring clear visibility into the business impact of AI solutions.
At least 5 years of experience in technical product management with a minimum of 2 years in AI related products.
Bachelorâs and Masterâs in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or associated quantitative fields.
Have proven experience and knowledge of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing etc)
Exceptional facilitation and communication skillsâcomfortable running discovery sessions, white-boarding with PMs, and demoing prototypes to senior leaders.
Demonstrated product-management mindset: roadmap ownership, KPI definition, and budget/risk trade-off communication.
Hands-on experience leading change initiatives and measuring adoption by teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to navigate active construction areas with uneven terrain, temporary and permanent stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and personnel hoists. Constant standing, walking, and performing repetitive physical tasks are required daily. The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance or team lifting techniques. This position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching (above and below shoulder level). The employee must possess sufficient physical dexterity and balance to work safely at various heights and in confined spaces. Visual acuity (including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus) is essential for tasks such as reading instructions, operating equipment, and ensuring safety. Work Environment

The employee will regularly work outdoors and may be exposed to varying and potentially extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. We are currently seeking Co-ops for our job on the Deer Island Water Treatment Plant in Winthrop, MA.
Our co-op program will prepare you for leadership positions both on and off the jobsite. We work with university cooperative education programs to alternate you through 3 â 5 work rotations. Each work rotation has a structured learning plan to enhance your education and introduce you to the perfect career path! The co-op rotation schedule allows for the perfect blend of academics and work experience to support you in a successful career!
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Co-op position will rotate for a minimum of 3 work terms, (4 months in length) in sequence with academic schedules, in multiple divisions across the U.S. Co-ops will learn about multiple career paths in our company, and will be trained to become a full-time employee after college graduation.

Bechtel Infrastructureâs Renewables & Clean Power business line is seeking qualified project controls professionals for a forthcoming combined cycle power plant project planned in Wyoming. The project team will be initially based in Reston, VA; following contract award, selected candidates will relocate to the project site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the reemerging power business supporting our customers and society.
In this role, you will lead a team and manage project cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. You will identify cost trends for management attention, support project organizational and administrative activities, and ensure work is completed as scheduled.
