Job Summary
The Substation Foreman supervises and assists with the day-to-day activities of the substation employees and the project to which they are assigned, reports directly to Project Manager assigned to the project. The Foreman must be able to perform the various duties while on the job from Groundman to Leadman.
Responsibilities

Job Description

Job Summary:
The Regional SQR AEX Supervisor (Level III) provides operational and functional supervision to Supplier Quality Representatives (SQRs) and Area Expeditors (AEXs) within the assigned region. Job Summary:
In this role, you will manage a team and provide field engineering leadership for work planning and packaging, material management, quantity validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and coordination of system turnover and subcontracts. Your oversight will ensure field engineering activities operate safely, are complete, and conform to quality standards and project requirements. #LI-SM2
Major Responsibilities:
- On larger (PFE Tier II - >$1B and/or >1500 craft) or more complex jobs, performs the duties of the Project Field Engineer, responsible for coordination of all activities related to the area of responsibility and interfacing with all other operating sections of the job-site.
Leadership/Supervision
- Proactively engages with their teamsâ development through CPM, competency development/assessment and feedback
- Develops and recommends the construction engineering staffing plan for approval by the Site Manager (or appropriate level of Project Management) and prepares employee requisitions.
- Directs construction engineering activities of the assigned construction engineering staff, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Work Planning & Packaging
- Directs the design of temporary construction facilities as required.
Material Management
- Directs preparation of requisitions for field procured materials, material substitution, services, equipment.
Quantities
- Possesses responsibility for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting.
Safety / Quality Control
- Ensures zero accident philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craft and others when in the operational area, and tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely.
STR / Subcontract Coordinatorâ¯
- Reviews and approves inspection test plans
- Coordinates reviews of subcontractor submittals
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant
work experience. - Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred.
- Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Area execution leadership: Lead and integrate all discipline field engineers within the area to deliver safe, coordinated, and efficient construction execution.
- Cross-discipline work planning: Align civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping activities to area priorities, sequencing, and constraints.
- Schedule & performance ownership: Own area lookaheads, productivity, and critical path impacts; proactively remove constraints and drive recovery actions.
- Safety, quality & compliance leadership: Set expectations and ensure consistent application of HSE and QA/QC requirements across all disciplines in the area.

Job Summary
The Billing Manager is responsible for leading a billing team to ensure the production is billed to the customer in a timely and accurate manner as per contract guidelines and requirements; planning, analyzing, and improving the billing operations to continuously streamline effective billing process across different projects.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and oversee the billing team to ensure load leveling and timely completion.
- Work directly with management presenting work in progress weekly reports and streamlining the billing and collections process.
- Assist Area Managers with an overview of their revenues, WIP, accruals, and DSO.
- Review and resolve past due accounts with customers and items needing special attention.
- Assist the accounting department with tracking and collecting accounts on the Aging Report weekly.
- Review and authorize change memos.
- Ensure weekly and month-end closings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monthly staff meetings to discuss and implement new changes/billing planning/personnel development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contracts.
- Proven ability to perform strategic planning and setting for a billing department.
- Daily printing and distribution of labor material requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of billing experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Summary:
The Blaster/Painter must effectively and safely perform surface preparation, coatings application and all associated phases of industrial coating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares surfaces and applies coatings to various structures, tanks, piping, and miscellaneous surfaces in accordance with customers specifications and manufacturers recommendations.
- Assembles, maintain, repairs, and cleans abrasive blasting and painting equipment.
- Mix and thin the coatings according to manufacturer's recommendations.
- Construct protective enclosures to avoid over spray of customers equipment.
- Assist in loading, unloading and storage of equipment and supplies.
- At all times perform his work in the safest possible manner. Immediately correct any unsafe condition.
- Perform onsite QA/QC functions, including paperwork and evaluation of employees
- Keep the jobsite clean by keeping it clear of all trash, unused paint materials, etc.
- Cooperates with Superintendent and customers in carrying out assigned work.
- Direct the Helper/Laborer in proper work performance and job requirements.
Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:
- The blaster/painter must be highly productive, experienced in the multiple crafts involved and be an expert in the mechanic and use of all equipment, materials, and procedures necessary for the safe and effective surface preparation and application of coatings.
- The blaster/painter must be able to hold and a control 100 psi nozzle pressure.
- They must be proficient in spraying to maintain even milage.
- Must possess knowledge of and have experience in different coatings. (Epoxy, urethanes, polyesters, vinylesters.)
- Must have knowledge of Hazardous waste management.
- Some knowledge of rigging.
- Must be proficient in all Safety aspects of his craft.
- Must be proficient in QA/QC requirements of his craft.
