Summary:

A Craft Lead is the senior craft person responsible for performing work. This position is responsible for performing and directing the work of a single crew.

Responsibilities:

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will manage and provide on-site supervision of all working Foremen and technical leads in the field. They will ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction discipline. The GF will be responsible for independent decision making without the availability of other supervision. • The General Foreman is accountable for verifying that the project construction activities and project engineering are in conformance with the project Quality Plan, and Work Methods. General Foremen are responsible for establishing, aligning, and communicating the project specifications and craftsmanship expectations to all craft workers, vendors, subcontractors, and other agents.
• Mentors other professional positions such as Field Coordinator/Field Engineers and Foremen on work discipline, production costs, scope of work, quality, and safety.
• Understands scope of work per the contract.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
