The Dry Mechanical Field Superintendent will work within the Construction Management department and will report to the Project Superintendent and Mechanical Construction Manager. Salary Range: $90,000 - $160,000 DOE + Incentives

The OSM Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing offsite manufacturing (OSM) construction activities at the project site. Reporting to the Project Superintendent and OSM Lead(s), this role works closely with other superintendents, subcontractors, and craft workers. The position manages OSM scopes involving 3D structural modules integrated with mechanical, plumbing, process and electrical (MP&E) systems, from project initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. This position is onsite at our project located in Boise, ID.

Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $160,00.00 DOE + Incentives
