⢠Maintain an intermediate scope working knowledge of Company specific Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, programs and goals by learning and applying HSE procedures as established by the Company on a project site or in an office through training
⢠Confirm project site adheres to Company and regulatory HSE standards and guidelines
⢠Promote and foster HSE standards and goals with programs throughout the Company and/or project to confirm a safe and productive work environment
⢠Conduct surveys, audits, evaluations, inspections, and investigations of moderate scope incidents and activities to monitor and track HSE standards, programs and goals including project environmental data collection and documentation

⢠Operate as an experienced assistant to an HSE specialist on a project or contract in the field or office

Position Overview:
The Insulation laborer will install, repair, and/or remove insulation on piping, ductwork, industrial equipment, and other surfaces. They will also fabricate and install removable insulation blankets. The Insulation laborer will work with a sheet metal worker who will help select the type and size or insulation and related materials to be used according to project requirements. They will also be required to assemble and dismantle tubular and system scaffolding or other temporary structures, installing ladders, walkways and handrails at sites using a variety of tools and lifts. They are responsible for cleaning and preparing sites, including removing debris and loading/unloading scaffolding material.

Insulator - Metal Man
Must be able to apply, remove, and repair insulating material to exposed surfaces or structures, such as air ducts, hot or cold pipes, storage tanks, boilers and buildings to help control noise and maintain temperatures. Other duties may be assigned.

We have an immediate need for an IT Asset Management Specialistto join our team in the Baton Rouge, LA area. The IT Operations Support Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of inventory management, asset lifecycles, and equipment movement processes. This role serves as the central point of coordination between IT, vendors, remote industrial locations, customers, and technicians. The specialist ensures technology needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining strict adherence to operational standards. This position reports directly to the Operations Support Manager.
Functional Requirements:
Full Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including receipt, asset tagging, deployment, tracking, inventory management, and retirement/disposal; Procurement & Financial Processing: Coordinate with hardware vendors and purchasing department to obtain quotes, manage purchase requests, and resolve delivery issues. Review and apply inventory activities, track invoices, and ensure receiving and payment processes are accurate to support audit readiness and cost transparency; Service Desk & User Support: Address users in a friendly and professional manner, evaluating and prioritizing incoming requests. Document all inventory data, calls, emails, and project tasks within the service desk application. Backup for general call queue when needed; Termination Recovery & Loss Prevention: Coordinate hardware collection upon employee separation to reduce asset loss and control replacement spend; Mobile & Print Fleet Operations: Manage the ordering, provisioning, and tracking of corporate mobile devices (iPads); Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for highly efficient inventory management. Maintain readiness by keeping sufficient inventory levels to support new hires and ongoing operations;Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
