Support the Intern Program: Partner with leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute our comprehensive Summer Associate Program, serving as the primary point person for the interns and gathering real-time feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Position Summary:
The Instrumentation and Controls Field Superintendent (I&C) will play a pivotal role in driving the completion of a high-tech manufacturing facility by leading the team through layout, planning, and execution of their assigned project scope. Job Summary
The Overhead Distribution General Foreman leads the crew to complete daily tasks related to the placement of overhead electrical cables to meet customer needs, ensuring crew safety, keeping track of employee hours, completing daily & weekly safety briefings/inspections, and calls in project utility locations. This position requires extensive knowledge of overhead electrical distribution systems, management of multiple crews, distribution trouble shooting, management of storm crews, scheduling of crews, and coordinating resources. General Foremen read blueprints of projects and are responsible for production efficiency, training, and the safety of their crews. This position oversees multiple overhead utility line teams and coordinates with both internal/external departments to manage logistic support.

This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, working in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is physically active, with lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. Precise hand-eye coordination. Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
