Precision Mechanical Assembler
Must be able to work onsite to provide maintenance services, including the installation, repair, replacement, and dismantling of machinery in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and safely, directly contributing to the overall productivity of Kimberly-Clark’s operations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
â Replace defective parts of machines or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
â Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
â Assemble and install equipment using hand tools and power tools.
â Position steel beams to support bedplates of machines and equipment using blueprints and schematic drawings.
â Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or position parts using hand tools and measuring instruments to set specified clearances.

The Role

Coordination of completions activities with project team
Manage the quality completions team which can include supervisors, facilitators, and inspectors.
Review and understand contractual requirements related to quality and completions
Monitor and keep updated on progress of project completions
Coordinate in the final walk down of systems and areas with all project stakeholders
Complete the assembly of turnover packages for transmittal to client
Prepare Systems and Mechanical Completion Certificates
Coordinate, define, and execute completions requirements between project team including but not limited to project controls, engineering, craft, client, quality.

Industrial Construction experience
Self-motivated
Good decision-making abilities
Able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions on the fly
Ability to work with others â team player
Good communication skills with co-workers and subordinates
Construction and commissioning knowledge
Completions database knowledge
Completions management experience
