Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. Hoffman Construction is seeking a Quality Manager. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of a hyper-scaled data center construction project. Reporting to the High-Tech Program Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, verify compliance with contract documents, and uphold safety, quality standards and design intent. The Quality Manager plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing high-volume structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, TX.
