Position Responsibilities:
â¢â¯Will manage root cause investigations, site audits, new hire orientations, regulatory (required, refresher, and as needed) training, Heart of Zachry Program (or equivalent), and much more.
â¢â¯Assist in the development and support implementation of guidelines, policies, and procedures consistent with the companyâs efforts.

General Laborer/Firewatch
The General Laborer/Firewatch will perform various labor-intensive tasks in an industrial setting under the direction of a supervisor or foreman.May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Other duties may be assigned.

Thacker Pass is the largest known lithium resource in the United States. Once complete, the mine and processing facilities will produce more lithium carbonate than any other facility in the United States by far â enough to power 1 million electric vehicles per year. As the EPCM contractor for Lithium Americas, Bechtel is responsible for managing and integrating the efforts of a team contractors engineering and building the facility. We are also managing procurement of about $1 Billion in goods and services. Earth work began in 2023 and design and procurement of long-lead equipment is underway. The project is located in the high desert and wide-open spaces of north-central Nevada about 25 miles from the Oregon border, 1 hour northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada and 3 hours northeast of Reno. Planned with sustainability and the environment in mind, the facility will use its excess process heat to generate electricity and will recycle process water up to seven times. Once the second phase of the project is complete, Thacker Pass will produce more than 16 times the current U.S. output of lithium. Job Summary:The Mechanical Field Superintendent - Wet will play a pivotal role in driving the completion of a hyper-scale data center construction project by leading the mechanical installation teams through layout, planning, and execution of the project's wet systems. As a member of the Construction Management team, the Mechanical Field Superintendent - Wet will be situated in the field and report directly to the Project Superintendent. Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. #LI-TH1
