Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily on-site operations.
Prepare and update work schedules (daily/weekly).

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site procedures.
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills.
Proficiency with project management and site-reporting software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, OSHA, PMP).
Experience managing subcontractors and union teams.
Previous experience in large-scale or industrial or specialized construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
In this role, you will suport the construction automation efforts on the Louisiana LNG project, using database management, programming skills, and 3D tools. You will establish and administer the portfolio of construction automation applications on the jobsite and data requirements. You will review performance and recommend adjustments to tailor solutions to support strategy and compliance. #LI-BH1
Additional Information: Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Identifies issues to Program Manager as required to ensure the success of the project
Reviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete
Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed
Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of experience
Bachelorâs degree preferred
Experience in managing construction teams
Success in client relationships
Specific roles may require relocation
Salary Range: $140,000 - 208,000/Yr
