Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide technical leadership, coaching, and oversight to project ESH teams across a portfolio of manufacturing and technology projects. You will help strengthen ESH management systems, improve program consistency, support risk-based execution, and partner with project leadership to address significant concerns. Major Responsibilities:
- Shape strong project starts by providing ESH input to proposals, execution planning, risk assessments, resourcing strategies, and readiness activities.
- Strengthen project ESH performance by coaching teams on ESH management plans, execution plans, permit-to-work systems, contractor management, and related specialty programs.

- Masterâs degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience advancing ESH performance in complex project settings.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting semiconductor, pharmaceutical/biotech, or hyperscale data center projects, with demonstrated impact on ESH performance.
- Experience leading or advising ESH performance across multiple projects and influencing teams in a matrixed or functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of ESH regulations, industry standards, and management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with the ability to apply requirements in project execution.

- Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and support teams in fast-paced project environments.

The Estimator â Interior Systemswill work with the Estimating Department and support the estimating duties for Hoffman Specialty Contracting, Inc. (HSC). This position will report directly to senior HSC leadership and will closely collaborate with the HSC Operations and Project Teams, as well as Hoffmanâs Estimating Department. The Estimator will work within the estimating department for commercial wall and ceiling assemblies, interior systems, cleanroom interiors, and manufacturing interiors for HSC. Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed on screen quantity takeoffs using OST for all interior systems scopes including metal framing, drywall, finishes, ceilings, cleanroom systems, specialty ceilings, and controlled environment assemblies.
- Develop complete self-perform estimates in Quick Bid, producing accurate and competitive bids under compressed timelines and frequent deadline pressure.
- Estimate interior systems scopes for cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, high-tech, and mission-critical facilities, including coordination with MEP-intensive and tolerance-driven environments.
- Efficiently interpret drawings, specifications, narratives, and addenda to support rapid bid turnaround across multiple simultaneous pursuits.
- Establish labor productivity, crew loading, and phasing assumptions appropriate for cleanroom and advanced manufacturing construction.
- Maintain and refine Quick Bid databases, assemblies, labor units, and material pricing to support repeatable quick bid execution.
- Collaborate with operations, project teams, and senior leadership during bid reviews to validate scope completeness, pricing accuracy, risk, and constructability.
- Participate in internal bid reviews with supervisors, estimators, and project teams.
- Work with the HSC Operations Team throughout preconstruction to identify constructability issues, sequencing impacts, and phasing constraints specific to cleanroom and manufacturing environments.

Position Description:
The Field Engineer (FE) works directly for the Superintendent and is expected to exercise judgment and discretion in making recommendations, implementing policies and procedures and handling a wide variety of matters in the field. The position is normally, but not necessarily preparatory to becoming an Office Engineer or Project Engineer. The primary purpose of the position is to proactively aid the Superintendent in front-line field management. In addition, the position requires a considerable amount of work, responsibility, persistence, problem solving ability and good attitude, because the FE is responsible for the majority of the layout on a project, supervision of trade workers and subcontractor employees, as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities. Position Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Civil Field Superintendent provides onsite leadership for mechanical construction activities primarily focused on the projectâs T350s, ensuring all work is executed safely, meets technical requirements, and aligns with project schedule and budget objectives. The Field Superintendent â Interior Systems will work within the Field Operations team and be assigned to support Hoffman Specialty Contracting, Inc. HSC, Hoffmanâs selfâperformed interior specialties affiliate company. The position will report to the VP of Operations and President of HSC and will work closely with the HSC Project Manager and HSC Project Engineer. This role leads daily field execution of interior systems including framing, drywall, ceilings, and interior finishes while coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP partners. The superintendent directs trade partners, foremen, and craft to ensure work is installed safely, meets quality standards, aligns with design intent, and supports the overall schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising commercial interior systems work and managing field sequencing, logistics, safety, and coordination in complex environments. This position is fully based on the project site in Childress, TX.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE + Per Diem & Incentives
Essential Responsibilities:
⢠Lead daily planning and coordination meetings with foremen, trade partners, project engineers, and client or design representatives
⢠Oversee all field activities for interior systems: metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, and related components
⢠Interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate field installation aligned with the latest construction documents
⢠Drive execution of shortâinterval and lookâahead schedules and align manpower, materials, and logistics to support project milestones
⢠Manage site logistics including deliveries, material staging, hoisting, laydown, and waste management
⢠Lead and enforce safety standards including toolbox talks, preâtask plans, audits, and compliance with Hoffman and projectâspecific safety protocols
