⢠Manage and train subordinates assigned to her/his area on HSE activities on Total Installed Cost (TIC) large-scale projects; duties may include the calculation and control of HSE budgets, staffing requirements and schedules; preparation of certification/classification programs and the preparation of the supporting HSE documents; coordination and execution of safety cases (SC) and support studies; Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA); Process Hazard Analyses (PHA); Fire Protection Specifications (FPS) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) as required by certification or regulatory entities
⢠Provide guidance, assistance and advice to business lines, project management, and Company organizations through interpretation of Company HSE practices and procedures in relation to client requirements and current legislation and regulations
⢠Make decisions independently on engineering/scientific problems and methods relating to HSE using advanced techniques, modifications and extensions of theories, precepts and practices of the particular field, related sciences and disciplines
⢠Develop, customize, and supervise the implementation of HSE programs, including project site-based HSE orientation, recognition and awards programs, to all levels of project staff to promote a balance between productivity and the safety of project staff and visitors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
⢠Run gap analyses to identify and address program gaps that may occur between Company practices, client requirements, and regulatory/legislative requirements in order to confirm that the project conforms to Company, client and regulatory/legislative requirements
⢠Initiate, foster and maintain HSE standards and goals through Company and/or project wide HSE programs to heighten awareness and promote a safe and productive work environment

⢠Accredited four (4)year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

Salary Range: $118,500 - $213,500

Otras responsabilidades, serán: Comprender e implementar las PolÃticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de MasTec Communications Group (MNS) (Manual de Seguridad). Comprender e implementar estándares de la industria (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS y ANSI). Asegurar los requisitos de seguridad en tus sitios y con tu equipo. Supervisar las operaciones diarias y la calidad del trabajo realizado en los sitios asignados. Mantener la documentación diaria requerida para el sitio y el equipo. Implementar y seguir las instrucciones laborales proporcionadas por la dirección. Recopilar toda la documentación de cierre especÃfica del sitio para tu esfuerzo de trabajo. Cargar la documentación de cierre en las interfaces del cliente. Coordinar con el representante del cliente las actividades relacionadas con el sitio y mantener una buena relación de trabajo con dicho representante. Brindar liderazgo, orientación y capacitación activa para promover el aprendizaje de todos los miembros del equipo. Mantener siempre el equipo y los vehÃculos en condiciones operativas. Validar las hojas de horas diarias para la dirección. Servir como mentor para técnicos nuevos y menos experimentados. Otros deberes según se asignen. Calificaciones Acerca de ti: La seguridad es parte de tu dÃa a dÃa. Tienes un historial de completar el trabajo con un alto nivel de calidad. Tienes habilidad para resolver problemas difÃciles y disfrutas de un enfoque práctico en tu trabajo. Buscas proyectos a largo plazo. Disfrutas ensuciarte las manos con tu equipo. Tienes un diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente. Tienes al menos 5 años de experiencia en la industria. Demuestras experiencia en habilidades de construcción, aparejo, seguridad y conocimientos generales de la industria. Tienes un conocimiento práctico de las normas y regulaciones de seguridad. Poseer una certificación WSA es una ventaja. Posees certificaciones relacionadas con el trabajo: Primeros auxilios, Seguridad, Rescate, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fibra, PIM, CPR y Conector. Tienes habilidades organizativas, informáticas y de comunicación. Debes poder leer e interpretar planos de sitio, RFDS, dibujos de construcción y SOW. Debes tener una licencia de conducir válida y un historial de conducción que cumpla con las condiciones de la polÃtica de la empresa. Debes tener la capacidad de mantener registros de registro FDOT (se proporcionará capacitación). Debes tener la capacidad de liderar, enseñar y entrenar procedimientos de trabajo y seguridad adecuados. Reconoces y proporcionas un lugar de trabajo seguro con calidad y eficiencia aceptables. Debes ser capaz de proporcionar, registrar y gestionar documentos (Excel, Word, etc.).
