About the Role
PAR Electric is seeking a Project Manager I (Substation) to support substation construction and maintenance projects across our service areas. This is an entry-level position designed for a motivated college graduate who is ready to learn, travel, and grow within the utility construction industry.
The Project Manager I will work closely with experienced project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and clients to help plan, coordinate, and execute substation projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers hands-on exposure, training, and mentorship to build a strong foundation in project management.
Salary Range: 85,000 - 115,000, based on experience

The Safety Engineer is a part of the Pepper Construction Company Safety Department. This position is primarily field oriented and is structured to ensure safe work practices are implemented and enforced on Pepper Construction projects.
