Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and transactional support to the Accounting and Payroll functions. This role will assist with entering and maintaining employee payroll data (new hires, changes, terminations, deductions, garnishments), support weekly payroll processing, and help organize and maintain accounting records, including invoices and supporting documents. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with Payroll and HR to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of information, and will provide backup support to Accounts Payable and other accounting functions as needed.

Position Summary:
The Project Engineer will work within the Engineering Department and be assigned to support Hoffman Structures, Inc. (HSI), Hoffmanâs self-performed structural concrete affiliate company.The position will report to the VP of Operations and will work closely with the HSI Project Manager and HSI Project Superintendent. They will collaborate closely with design professionals, Hoffman, vendors, and subcontractors to address complex coordination issues. As the front line for identifying and resolving technical challenges, the HSI Project Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution. This position will be based entirely on the project site, with project locations varying from city to city or state to state. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, structural engineering, project management, and prior experience working with a structural concrete subcontractor or a general contractor that self-performed the structural concrete scope of work. This expertise is essential in addressing the unique challenges that arise in structural concrete projects, making this position an asset to the team in navigating technical problems, driving schedule, and ensuring that quality standards are met.

With the support and direction from the 365 Equipment & Supply Director of Operations, the Project Estimator will estimate, value engineer, and develop project proposals for indirect and direct materials on construction jobsites (including division 10 items, window treatments, and operable partition installations). This position will work cross departmental to ensure that all lines of business (re-rental, heavy equipment, etc.) are working to produce full take-offs and distribute project specific estimates.
