Job Description
The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of helping to improve the Corporationâs overall business performance, deliver added value to our shareholders, reduce leakage, and promote consistent and cost effective solutions across strategic business units, projects, and locations. This position provides oversight for contract management activities on Fluor projects or may act as a lead contract manager on individual Fluor contracts. This role is expected to directly supervise Principal Contract Managers and Contract Administrators and provide project staffing solutions including workforce and indirect estimates. Through assigned contract administrators, this role assures compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions. The position requires the contract manager to report to project, department, and company management on the health of the assigned contract(s); participate in developing and approving contracting strategies generally directly reporting through an intermediate senior contract manager. The individual will review and approve contract awards with their delegated authority, generally for mid to large contracts.
⢠Administer moderately large and complex contracts

The Tool Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory, condition, availability, and accountability of tools and small equipment used in PAR Electricâs construction and maintenance operations. The Role
The Traveling Superintendent oversees the operations of construction projects, from planning to completion. The individual is responsible for overseeing all subcontractors and ensuring that projects are completed on time, accurately and with a high level of workmanship, and within budget. They promote, execute, and adhere to the companyâs safety program and encourage all employees, subcontractors, and project team members to adopt safety as a culture.
Qualifications:
- 4+ yearsâ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Must have previous experience managing multiple trades and numerous craft personnel.
- Previous experience managing heavy civil projects and/or complex infrastructure projects is highly desired.
- Previous experience with Federal, State, or DOT contracts and specifications is highly desired.
- Ability to manage all resources, to include vendors, subcontractors, time, and more, as well as, prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines and successfully deliver high-quality projects.

The Role
The Traveling Superintendent, Site Safety Officer oversees the operations of construction projects, from planning to completion. The individual is responsible for overseeing all subcontractors and ensuring that projects are completed on time, accurately and with a high level of workmanship, and within budget. They promote, execute, and adhere to the companyâs safety program and encourage all employees, subcontractors, and project team members to adopt safety as a culture.
Qualifications:
- 4+ yearsâ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
Must have held a recent role which included being responsible for project site safety and leading demonstrated proactive project site safety efforts
- Must have previous experience managing multiple trades and numerous craft personnel.
- Previous experience managing heavy civil projects and/or complex infrastructure projects is highly desired.
- Previous experience with Federal, State, or DOT contracts and specifications is highly desired.
- Ability to manage all resources, to include vendors, subcontractors, time, and more, as well as, prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines and successfully deliver high-quality projects.

- Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, craft workers, and other project team members for job order contracts in accordance with Centennial's process and procedures.
- Scheduling: Work with the Project Management team in outlining project timetable and evaluate and update schedules as needed to ensure that project activities progress according to plan; Prepare work schedules and assignments; Prepare internal weekly and monthly micro schedules to monitor short-term progress; Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with Centennialâs Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role
This role is critical to driving the success of Steam Generator Replacement projects in the US. The Director will lead Aeconâs support to SGT LLC for the execution of Steam Generator Replacement projects across the entire project lifecycleâfrom early business development and pursuit through detailed planning and execution. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Strategy
- Provide leadership for Aecon support of SGT in the development of a comprehensive US Steam Generator Replacement (SGR) market strategy.
- Work with SGT and JV partner to build strategic partnerships to strengthen market position and delivery capability.
- Oversee Aeconâs input into bid preparation, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts, and review overall SGT estimates and bids.
Client Relationship Management
- Act in concert with SGT to as an executive liaison for utilities and nuclear plant owners.
- Participate in SGT client relations initiatives to develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership teams.
