The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of helping to improve the Corporationâs overall business performance, deliver added value to our shareholders, reduce leakage, and promote consistent and cost effective solutions across strategic business units, projects, and locations. This position provides oversight for contract management activities on Fluor projects or may act as a lead contract manager on individual Fluor contracts. This role is expected to directly supervise Principal Contract Managers and Contract Administrators and provide project staffing solutions including workforce and indirect estimates. Through assigned contract administrators, this role assures compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions. The position requires the contract manager to report to project, department, and company management on the health of the assigned contract(s); participate in developing and approving contracting strategies generally directly reporting through an intermediate senior contract manager. The individual will review and approve contract awards with their delegated authority, generally for mid to large contracts.
⢠Administer moderately large and complex contracts
⢠Negotiate contract terms and conditions, analyze commercial sections of proposals and technical proposal evaluations, and coordinate of technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (project controls, legal services, project management, construction, engineering, finance/accounting, and client)

The Tool Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory, condition, availability, and accountability of tools and small equipment used in PAR Electricâs construction and maintenance operations. This role supports safe, efficient field execution by ensuring crews have timely access to compliant, well-maintained tools while minimizing loss, downtime, and operational risk.
Manage inventory of tools and small equipment used for transmission, distribution, substation, and related electric utility work.
Issue, track, and recover tools for field crews, foremen, and project sites.

This position has a pay range of $27.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includescompany stock, and a profit-sharing bonus.

About the Role
This role is critical to driving the success of Steam Generator Replacement projects in the US. The Director will lead Aeconâs support to SGT LLC for the execution of Steam Generator Replacement projects across the entire project lifecycleâfrom early business development and pursuit through detailed planning and execution. This position requires a blend of strong commercial insight and exceptional leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, with quality, and profitably.

Responsibilities include assisting our Field Engineers in operating electronic total station instrument, transit, Auto level and other surveying instruments. Assisting with setting and marking stakes for slopes, grades and other construction purposes. Setting markers, lines, corners, elevations, grades, alignments, angles, positions, and distances.Maintain total station, field book, survey equipment and tools. This position will provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.
Ideal candidates for this position will possess 6 mos. to 1 year of experience, able to read drawings and have training in construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform (boom and scissor)). A high school diploma or GED are a plus as well as strong time management skills.
Qualified Candidates must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50 lbs. 75% of the time.
Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.Punctuality and promptness are required every day.

Operate one or several types of power construction equipment to excavate, move and/or grade material.
⢠Operate a variety of vehicles and large heavy equipment while performing maintenance and repairs on roads and rights-of-way including loading, hauling and dumping on smooth to extremely rough surfaces.
⢠Load gravel, dirt and sand; smooth and grade roads; spread rock and gravel.
⢠Trench and construct ditches for installation of culverts, water pipes and sewer pipes; remove silt and debris.
⢠Knowledgeable of equipment in respect to checking and maintaining all fluid levels and lubrication.
⢠May be asked to instruct and train employees in the safe operation of construction equipment and tools and in job techniques and skills
