The Field Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting construction operations by managing administrative and office functions on-site. Reporting to the Field Office Manager Director, this position works closely with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. The Field Office Manager is an integral member of the team’s driving efficiency, organization, and communication that significantly impact the project's success. By maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting the operations team, this role helps keep projects on track and running smoothly. To support Hoffman’s dedication to its people this position is fully onsite at our project located in Seattle, WA.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage security badging systems including background checks, issuing badges, and maintaining the badging database.
• Process monthly subcontract billings and all material invoices for the project.
• Track drug testing and safety orientation paperwork.
• Develop and maintain files, forms, purchase orders, subcontract files, meeting minutes, miscellaneous forms, etc.
• Type the project daily diaries, meeting minutes, and other assignments.
• Maintain job site server correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies needed for the job.
• Tracking and submitting hourly payroll to our Craft Payroll department.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

General Laborer

Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operator

As a Senior Facilities Wastewater Technician for our 24/7 Operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned industrial wastewater systems including but not limited to: Activated Sludge, Multi Media Filters, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, Ultrafiltration, Brine Concentrator, Crystallizers, Boilers, Centrifuges, Heat Exchangers, Biological Nutrient Removers(BNR) and Membrane Bioreactors(MBR)systems in such manner as to ensure optimal facility operations. Position Summary
Industrial Journeyman Painter / Blaster will paint equipment and structures for protection and cosmetic purposes. The position will also be required to maintain, mix, and have thorough knowledge of paint and other coating material so that to ensure the equipment or structure is painted and protected as per contract or specifications.

Position Responsibilities
• Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
• Identify all tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Measure, mark, and cut required wooden/metallic materials to required specifications.
• Identify and mix paint and coatings as required.
• Know the proper use and techniques (stroke types) required per the paint/coating used and the item being painted or coated.
• Must be able to work at heights and off ladders and scaffolds safely.
• Set up machine includes rolling hoses, prepping machine, and assemble fittings
• Operates and inspects machine and equipment
• Shotgun with high pressure, Moleing, Lancing and utilizing a 3D with high pressure water. 10, 20 and 40,000 psi
• Clean up in blast buildings to include, shoveling, sweeping.

Required Qualifications
• Must have 4+ years working as a Painter or Painter Helper on an industrial construction project.
• Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
• Must have knowledge on materials, tools, and processes involved with basic painting techniques and knowledge of paint qualities.
• Must be able to identify the relationship to materials to be painted and the technique, mixture, and number of coatings required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Reporting to:
• This position does not have any direct reports; however, the position will work closely with and oversee on occasion of helper and labor positions. The position will hold a positional and expertise authority of the helper and laborer positions.

Physical Requirements
• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting.
• Will talk and hear to communicate.
• Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.
• May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs.

Must have experience spray painting, operating sandblasting equipment and fireproof applicating.
