We are seeking a detail-oriented a Human Resources Specialist to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining HR best practices across the organization.
The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgiaâs busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.
⢠Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
⢠Support new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation for payroll, benefits, and work authorization.

A foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly on the construction site. They are responsible for being the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. This position provides oversight for contract management activities on Fluor projects or as lead contract manager on individual Fluor contracts. This role assures, through assigned contract administrators, compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions.
