Mechanical Foreman
The purpose of this job is to provide supervision and coordination of workers (both skilled and unskilled) engaged in various types of construction projects, such as ay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems etc. The goals of this position include scheduling work to meet timetables in a safe manner, per the plans and specifications, and to meet estimated cost. This position may be required to maintain a good working relationship with inspectors, developers, vendors, subcontractors, etc. Other duties may be assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all OFCI scopes including procurement coordination, logistics, delivery, storage, installation readiness, and turnover
Coordinate with owners, vendors, GC teams, MEP contractors, and site leadership
Track long-lead equipment including generators, UPS, switchgear, PDUs, chillers, CRAHs, controls, and IT infrastructure
Develop OFCI delivery schedules aligned with construction sequencing and commissioning milestones
Manage logistics planning including site access, laydown, offsite storage, and material handling
Oversee inspection, receiving, QA/QC, and condition verification upon delivery
Coordinate installation readiness, staging, and interface management with trade partners
Track OFCI documentation, warranties, serial numbers, asset registers, and turnover data
Manage OFCI risk, schedule impacts, and mitigation planning
Lead OFCI coordination meetings and reporting
Interface with commissioning agents and operators for system readiness
Support customs, import/export, and vendor logistics coordination where applicable
Maintain OFCI dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
Support portfolio-level OFCI standardization and process improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of experience in construction logistics, supply chain, procurement support, or data center/mission critical project experience strongly preferred
Bachelorâs degree preferred
Strong understanding of data center equipment, long-lead procurement, and critical path logistics
Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center delivery models
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Project Engineer
Potelco, Inc.âs Engineering Department is seeking a Project Engineer I to join the Transmission Team in Sumner, WA. This position supports our Puget Sound Energy (PSE) contract and will evaluate Joint Use applications for pole attachment and other PSE projects. As a Project Engineer I, this position is expected to have at minimum one year of directly applicable experience within an electric utility or telecommunications position, preferably using PLS-CADD. Candidates with no prior applicable industry experience may be hired at the Associate Project Engineer level.
The Project Engineer I is responsible for reviewing communications customer applications within the PSE service region. They will utilize FEA within a 3D modeling software to analyze electrical transmission support structures for strength capacity and clearance distance requirements with the additional loading from fiber optic cables, cellular arrays, and other forms of equipment. The engineer is responsible for verifying that the scope sufficiently meets the requirements as set forth by the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), Washington Administrative Code (WAC), and various other codes established by local and state jurisdictions. They will recommend and design solutions to mitigate structural and clearance non-conformances where identified, based on PSE design standards for transmission and distribution infrastructure.
The pay range for this role is $36-$48/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
