Position Overview:

The Mechanical Superintendent oversees the daily mechanical construction activities at the work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials and progress of the project. • Create and track all scaffold tickets built onsite.

• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.

• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Must have five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable of scaffolding and insulation in an industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.

Position Overview:

The Scaffold and Insulation Superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of laborers, carpenters, and helpers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of services performed.
