The Insulation Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for ensuring that all requirements and work activities performed under contract are performed safely, cost-effectively and with proper quality. The Project Superintendent (PS) is responsible for managing the construction process for the project. Position Qualifications:

• A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.

Essential Duties:

• Safety planning is to be included in all pre-job planning and considered foremost in the daily operations. All project, governmental and company safety regulations and requirements shall be enforced by the PS. • The superintendent is responsible for all quality control on the project. The PS works with QC staff and trade partners to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered.

The PS collaborates with project staff and trade partners to develop, update and manage the schedule, and has overall responsibility for job planning and the development of logistics and site utilization plans.
• Jobsite equipment needs are planned and organized by the project superintendent. Maintenance and the safe operation of equipment, including operator certificates and permits, are the overall responsibility of the PS. Company-owned equipment is coordinated with the corporate equipment manager.
• Develop, coordinate and supervise all company field work personnel on the project. The PS sets expectations, trains and evaluates salaried personnel under their supervision, and is responsible for the hiring, development, performance and coordination of hourly field personnel.
• Maintain the Book of 14 and project control systems to accurately portray current project status and forecast projections. The control systems are used as a guide to identify misalignments and implement a plan for course correction.

Position Summary:

Hoffman Construction is seeking a QA/QC Field Engineer. This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Quality Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of the construction project. Reporting to the High-Tech Program Quality Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, quality control efforts on site, including document review during preconstruction and construction. The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role, including inspecting the project generally, including specific scopes, during the offsite fabrication, construction, commissioning, and punch list phases of the project – working to bring all issues to closure. This position will collaborate with design professionals, clients, trade contractors and craftspeople to address complex coordination issues; you are on the front line in identifying, preventing, and solving technical problems across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance within the oil, gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and rotating machinery.
- Proven experience in site management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with cross-functional teams.
