Reviews and processes subcontracts, subcontract change orders and Performance and Payment bonds to ensure they are in compliance with specified terms.
Collects and reviews project subcontractor/supplier lien waivers.
Collects, reviews, and processes subcontractor/supplier monthly project invoices. Needs to ensure all invoices have been accrued properly and timely to the correct cost reports and phase codes. Ensures proper payments to all subcontractors and major suppliers.

â¢Strong CAD skills with experience in AutoCAD, Microstation, or Revit with a willingness to learn the other platforms as required.
â¢Preferred Plant 3D and/or Aveva E3D
â¢Chemical/Refinery/Power/LNG background, power experience highly preferred.
â¢Strong supervision skills with the ability to mentor, lead, train and motivate employees to produce quality work.
â¢Research skills, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, questioning and feedback skills, project, and time management skills.
â¢Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing.

â¢Proficient in CADWorx, Navisworks and Microsoft Office.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work will be in a general office environment operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment. Occasionally required to work in an industrial location where noise levels will be moderate to high. Job sites may contain the following: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling, and talking. Noise levels vary and may include bells, whistles, and alarms.

â¢Support the Department Manager with the execution of all design and drafting activities including managing the staff, providing vision and strategic leadership, monitoring schedules and budgets, evaluating productivity and quality and directing the complete technical operations of the project.
â¢Implement assignments and activities delegated from the Group Supervisor.
â¢Direct and manage the activities of the drafters, designers, engineers and support personnel in the planning, scheduling, quality, and execution of projects.
â¢Manage the completion of all required deliverables including construction drawings, design studies and bills of materials.
â¢Schedule work assignments while providing guidance, training and assistance to designers, checkers, and drafters on small to medium size projects.
â¢Under the direction of the assigned Group Supervisor, manage a segment of a large project.
â¢Coordinate with client and construction personnel to ensure the client's input and job requirements are adequately addressed and implemented consistently with the contractual requirements.
â¢Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction estimates, as well as additional documentation related to a project.
â¢Assist in estimating project design and drafting manpower requirements.
â¢Responsible for the final approval of drawings to ensure they conform with applicable codes and specifications and established discipline standards.
â¢Maintain engineering document indices and drafting progress reports on projects. Confirm checking and approval for all vendor shop drawings.
â¢Perform all other duties as assigned.
