Position Overview:

The Full-Time Commercial Pilot will be responsible for safely transporting personnel to locations primarily within the Midwest region using our 1978 Piper Cheyenne PA-31T1 aircraft. Most flights will be single-day trips, with occasional overnights as needed. While the position is on-call, flight demands are typically light and average around three flights per week. In addition to piloting duties, this role involves ensuring the aircraft is maintained to regulatory and company standards, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining thorough flight records.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring the aircraft is airworthy and in compliance with FAA regulations.
• Review weather conditions, file flight plans, and ensure safe and efficient flight routes.
• Coordinate with ground personnel, air traffic control, and passengers regarding flight schedules and any changes.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience (Required)

• FAA Commercial Pilot License (Multi-Engine Land) required; ATP or ATP-CTP a plus.
• Instrument Rating (IFR) and multi-engine rating required.
• Minimum of 1,000 Pilot in Command hours, 500 hours in multi-engine, and 25 hours in a 1978 Piper Cheyenne PA-31T1.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs), aviation weather, and air traffic control procedures.
• Prior experience operating a twin-engine piston aircraft such as a 1978 Piper Cheyenne PA-31T1 is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Supervisor (CIS) will report to the M&T Manager of Quality (MoQ) and will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing & Technology Global Business Unit (M&T GBU). The CIS will support the MoQ to develop and deliver an M&T customized continuous improvement program, including a risk-based strategy that meets GBU goals and objectives, including alignment, prioritizing, scheduling, training, metrics/dashboards, PBQ, LL, Causal Analysis, Six Sigma, and tracking progress of improvement initiatives. Education and Experience Requirements:

The Insulation laborer will install, repair, and/or remove insulation on piping, ductwork, industrial equipment, and other surfaces. They will also fabricate and install removable insulation blankets. The Insulation laborer will work with a sheet metal worker who will help select the type and size or insulation and related materials to be used according to project requirements.

Holder Construction, an Atlanta-based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated MEP Engineer to join our team in Shippingport, PA.

Responsibilities will include:

• Communication with electrical/mechanical equipment vendors, electrical/mechanical design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• This position involves purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment, coordinating submittals, assisting with electrical/mechanical cost estimates, and coordinating drawings.
• Common projects include large-scale mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and office buildings.

Requirements for this position include:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• The position requires extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
• Strong experience in managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors is a priority.
