Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.
In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals within Plant 3. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. #LI-TH1
Additional Information:
Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). The Assistant Project Manager will assist/support the Project Manager (PM) on project tasks as assigned, follow-up on deliverables, and review with the PM. Intermountain Electric Inc. (IME) is seeking a Project Scheduler to join their growing team!
Intermountain Electric (IME) seeking a highly motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Construction Project Scheduler to support large projects in Cheyenne, WY. As a scheduler, you will work closely with our construction team, project managers, and operations to develop the overall schedule. You will be responsible for building and updating schedules at various milestones, as project deliverables are completed, and as scopes of work are added to a project, and to provide updates to key team members on the progress of project completion. Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera is essential for success in this role.

The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment, the remainder of the time you will be on construction job sites. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary Range: $85,000-$138,000

The Role We Want You For
As a Designer I, you will augment and assist LJC’s design team, helping it grow and expand its presence. Designers will be counted on to engage and collaborate with project and studio peers, as well as work across LJC disciplines and parent company Clayco’s construction and real estate arms to help our entire enterprise thrive.
The Specifics of the Role
• Performs various aspects of architectural design as directed, including conceptual studies, program requirements, systems selection, and layout
• Prepares programming, schematic design, and design development and construction documents as directed
• Develops marketing and presentation materials in pursuit of business development opportunities and to advance various stages of project design
• Active involvement in experiential and other learning opportunities to develop skills necessary to assume more advanced roles within the firm
• Represents LJC in the community and civic events
• Practices LJC’s core values of integrity, humility and fearlessness
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in architecture and design
• Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken communication

Compensation
The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $62,500 – $75,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
