POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible to prepare owner billings in accordance with contractual terms. You will ensure job costs are processed in accordance with company internal control procedures. Managing relationships with third party sub contractors and project management team, to ensure superb levels of customer service and prompt payments, is also a key responsibility of this position.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Review owner contracts and identify contractual terms for billing purposes
·Analyze and process job related costs in accordance with internal control procedures
·Coordinate the billing process with the project team.Prepare accurate billings on a timely basis. Reconcile job costs to monthly billings. Identify and communicate unbilled/late billed costs
·Provide subcontractors with timely payments in exchange for waivers
·Review and compile waiver packages
·Facilitate job closeout. Prepare closed job accrual and reconcile profit (loss)
·Understand subcontractor insurance compliance
·Understand impact of cash flow on projects billed
·Compile monthly subcontractor certified payroll reports as needed

· 3 years of accounting related experience, preferred
·Detail oriented
·Ability to multi-task and achieve results in a dynamic and ever changing environment

·Construction or property management experience, preferred

Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for a Project Controls Manager to join our team in the Port Arthur, TX area. This position manages planning, scheduling, cost estimates, cost analysis and reporting on construction/maintenance or turnaround projects. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Project Controls Director and/or Project Manager; Establishes procedures for specific goals in a broad area of work / only results are reviewed / develops procedures within limits of policy and guidelines.
Functional Requirements:
Manage standardized Project Controls procedures, systems, and tools(including WBS, cost coding, and reporting structures); analyze and report KPI driven metrics for site leadership intervention; understand contract terms, conditions and manage compliance; manage and monitor project budget and cost expenditures; perform forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management; direct the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules (utilizing Primavera P6 or similar software); prepare and present comprehensive monthly/weekly Project Controlsreports to project teams, senior management, and clients utilizinginteractive dashboards through Power BI; will be expected to adapt to Turner Industries standard operating procedures in Project Controls using Turner's applications; produce job estimates and plans, CPM based schedules, performance reports and graphs and analysis of the same; breakdown estimates information into Turner Industries code of accounts and create budgets; capture actual or accrued cost information both internal and external to TIL; analyze, trend, forecast and report on the same; interface with site supervision and superintendent, owner/client, and home office contacts on matters relating to project scope, schedule, progress and performance; responsible for assisting in training upcoming Project Controls Analysts in a "Boot-Camp" which will be scheduled on an as-needed basis; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

As a Projection Engineer for Clark Foundations, you will be responsible for design and construction of specialty support of excavation and deep foundations work.
Responsibilities
Develop design documents for sheeting and shoring projects
Collaborate with project owners, general contractors and other design professionals during the development phase of projects
Facilitate material and service procurement for the projects
Work directly with field supervision to develop construction plans and perform constructability reviews
Have thorough knowledge of companyâs contracts and understanding of all parties involved
Secure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for construction work

Ability to review development phase and contract documents and geotechnical reports in order to advise on best sheeting and shoring and/or deep foundations solutions
Professional Engineer credentials is preferred. EIT on path to P.E. is also acceptable but must obtain P.E. within maximum first year of employment
4-6 years of experience required with emphasis on self-perform work and design and construction of sheeting and shoring and deep foundations systems
Work experience with specialty foundations contractors and or consultants with a passion for building projects is a must
Experience managing projects successfully specialty foundations projects from start to finish is a huge plus
Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with project stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced and tough (exposure to weather and rough terrain) environment
Passion for the work and industry a must
Strong proficiency in operating AutoCAD
