Position Summary:
Hoffman Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent. This individual will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activities, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and design intent. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing high-volume structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities:
Receive and conduct inventory of all Materials entering job site
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or in Laydown areas.
Complete checks and balance of all packing slip, verify the accuracy of information, data has been inventoried, completed and turned into materials clerk prior to COB.
Unpack distributed equipment and materials; store in appropriate location until issued.
Notify appropriate department when ordered equipment and materials has arrived {If required deliver equipment and or Materials to appropriate department}
Maintain inventory control by continuous tracking and conducting a percentage of inventory monthly.
Use identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment to mark all goods.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, enviroTXental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damages to Materials Manager.
Provide assistance and direction to other Toolroom, Warehouse, Materials staff.
Required Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse.
Must have 2+ years of experience working for an industrial construction project in a warehouse or equivalent material handler position

Thacker Pass is the largest known lithium resource in the United States. Once complete, the mine and processing facilities will produce more lithium carbonate than any other facility in the United States by far â enough to power 1 million electric vehicles per year. As the EPCM contractor for Lithium Americas, Bechtel is responsible for managing and integrating the efforts of a team contractors engineering and building the facility. Senior Mechanical Technician is responsible for performing technical tasks in support of the operation and maintenance of utility systems, Fab support equipment, building maintenance or chemical and gas delivery equipment.
